I would suggest buying a "flight pack" containing the transmitter, receiver, servos and charger as it is usually cheaper as a set than separately.
The given list tells you what you need to complete it, although the tool kit is only needed IF you do NOT have appropriate tools already.
IF you are a beiginner, DEFINITELY you need the "training gear" option; and the carrying case might be nice since it is a small model.
These are BOTH ARF helis.
Personally, I would prefer nitro, and the shaft drive; but that is up to you.
