Does anyone know if there are still corrosion problems with mercrusier dual prop engines?
I saw some internet articles about corrosion problem in 2002 engines...just curious if dual props are still having problems. I'm considering mercruiser 260 bravo III dual prop engine on a larson lxi228 bowrider? I'm considering Larson boats because they are within a mile of my cottage.
the sacrificial anodes are there for that purpose, to be replaced when corroded, it protects the rest of the engine.
