Your question is confusing. I think you are asking if there are buildings with biologically-inspired architecture. I know of a great one: the Grand Palais in Paris. It is said to be modeled after one of Ernst Haeckel's radiolarian images. I think it was built and was open for a World's Fair in the early 1900's.
As for hymenoptera-inspired buldings, I've seen a few houses with a honeycomb shape. They were made of wood.
