Your car insurance amount will depend on how clean you keep your records. This in turn is dependent on how well you drive. Following the signals in the traffic roads is the first thing you should do. This can be possible either with an in built alarm system to warn you on your speed or with your self analysis through your peripheral vision by your eyes on the way the trees side by seem to be flowing off as a running pathway. Hence the trees act as speed control along with refreshing your mind set from the tensions.
This is the reason for the trees to be grown on the residential areas as an indication to go slowly. This is because in the residential areas the kids will be playing with their friends on the streets and this does not mean you should not drive in these areas. Or for the reason that you have to drive it is not good to ask the kids not to play. Play is the important part of their life. Hence you should have a minimum control on the speeds in order to safe the lives of the children, avoid accidents and avoid money paid for your insurance company.
