Does anyone know where I can get online instructions on how to make a pa'u skirt (hula skirt)?
My halau (hula school) is asking that we wear pa'u skirts for hula practice. My mom says that she can make mine if she has really good directions or even a template for it since it will be cheaper than buying it online or from the halau. If you know of or have great directions can you please fill me in??? thanks!
